To bring this vision to life, we partnered with Portuguese architects and suppliers to ensure top-quality standards.

Short-Term Rental License
We take care of submitting the short-term rental license (AL) registration and handle the entire follow-up process. We also ensure the full preparation of the property to meet the inspection requirements of the Porto City Council (CMP) - municipal inspection.
