The story of Tripas-Coração began in 2015, founded by three partners from Porto with professional backgrounds in economics and consulting. From the very beginning, the goal has been to create accommodations that offer visitors a genuine experience — combining comfort with immersion in local culture. To bring this vision to life, we partnered with Portuguese architects and suppliers to ensure top-quality standards.

As the company grew, we built a multidisciplinary team managing Operations, Marketing, Customer Care, and Finance.

    We take care of submitting the short-term rental license (AL) registration and handle the entire follow-up process. We also ensure the full preparation of the property to meet the inspection requirements of the Porto City Council (CMP) - municipal inspection.
